Stay away from this place! They are nothing but scammers. They advertise nice cars that they claim to be in “good condition†with old pictures of the car prior to the damages done to it. I went to go check a car out only to find out that there were major damages on the car. When I got there they had claimed that the car was safety certified but how could a car be safety certified when there are major repairs needed to be done to the car? I also requested to see the carfax report on this car and the guy was prolonging showing me this report and pretty much talked his way out of showing it to me by saying he couldn’t find it at the moment and disregarded the whole thing completely afterwards. Later on, I checked the report on this car and there were 9 different claims on this car!! I was scheduled to pick this up a week after I had signed the agreement (biggest mistake). I had done more research on the company and found some unsettling reviews that made me feel uneasy about the entire thing. So 2 days before I was scheduled to pick the car up I decided to go back and get my $2000 deposit back. I got to the shop at their opening hours stated on their website only to later find out that they will be coming in an hour and 15 mins later to open. Also, when I got to the shop I found the car I was going to buy in the same spot with no repairs done on it whatsoever. Once I got in touch with them I had to haggle to get my money back because I was uncomfortable about the whole deal and did not want to work with these guys. I was at the shop for about an hour and a half until finally he agreed to give me $1500 back. I was in shambles when I was dealing with this guy and he had no remorse over the deposit I had put down. I am a first time car buyer and I had told both guys this. I don’t know what the REAL process of buying a car looks like and thought this was all normal. I wasn’t given a breakdown of what I was signing he had told me that what I was signing for was for my “deposit†but was really the bill of sale. They also made me e-transfer the deposit to them on the spot and accepted it as soon as I left (unprofessional). I was only given a small receipt to show for my deposit after leaving that day. Prior to leaving, I had also asked about their financing option only to be told that they work with a third party that will add additional charges on top of a high interest rate and they said that it’d be better that I go to the bank and apply for a line of credit - ridiculous. The first guy that I dealt with handed me off to his partner and he had given me excuse after excuse about not having to give me my deposit back. He even mentioned that he got the safety certification done on this car and I had requested to see it and he refused to show me. He then mentioned having 4 other people wanting to look at the car that day because it was so busy – it was not busy at all even the first guy I was dealing with mentioned this the day of. Anyways, lesson learned – I wish I didn’t have to learn this the hard way but when you give people the benefit of the doubt you end up getting the short end of the stick. This goes without saying do your research and no matter how good the deal may sound it’s probably WAY too good to be true. Trust your instincts and don’t ignore the red flags. Thankfully I got out of this and never have to deal with them ever again. They’re most likely going to respond back to this review with a pathetic comeback claiming they never dealt with me and I have the wrong dealership. I hope this review will save others into dealing with them or think twice about the cars that they are selling.
