Poor design at its finest. The 3.6l pentastar must have been designed by engineers that went on a bender the night before they started work. Why bother guys, I do not know who would hire you outside of Chrysler.

Horrible customer service, will never buy another Chrysler product. Cheated me out of oil changes promised when I bought a $40,000 vehicle. Great job guys! You’re welcome for the bailout with my tax dollars, guess you couldn’t afford the three $40 oil changes I was owed.

I am so disappointed with our new jeep !! Months trying to initate a buyback and once it was approved we though that would be the end to our pain and struggle . NOPE it is just the begging of months and weeks of waiting and waiting If u have a lemon I would recommend to get legal representation as soon as possible it’s worth every bit of Chrysler’s money cause u won’t pay a dime for it if your car is truly a lemon . I have spent months trying to get a working car and get our life back to normal and it just gets more frustrating everyday they put u off . It’s funny how I bought my car all in one day and left the lot but when it comes to a replacement it takes months of paperwork ??? NO thats called not giving a damn about your product or client . If I owned Chrysler my clients would have been put in a service/loaner/rental from the start and I would have took possession of the malfunctioning vehicle within the first week . I love jeep and just want my car to work that’s not to much to ask we don’t think . Be prepared for a long journey if u have a lemon . Get a attorney after 3 service visits and let them take it from there , reach out to news stations if need be . My local station will be airing our segment soon and I hope it will make chrysler realize how they treated I and my family throughout this entire process . Yes they have been kind eniugh to initate the process but come on ?? 8 months now this is insane !!!! Let us get back to our life and fix the mistakes NOW about I’m a week or 2 or months .

As a mechanic, your products suck. Working on your guyses junk is as enjoyable as a root canal. And you continue to build stuff in a ridiculous manner. Here's an idea, use better metals and hire new engineer's. I could go ahead and Bash almost every one of your vehicle lineup. As I could other brands. But Chrysler Dodge , you take it to a whole new level of making it difficult repeatedly.
