Been a customer for a long time (2009), never going back. It was not one isolated incident. Had an expensive installation done, a faulty screw was used (they did replace it after a week), oil leaked from my car, left stains everywhere I went. After arguing with them that they made a mistake, I took the car in and they admitted that there was a faulty screw used in the service I brought my car in for. Previous to that, Who ever was servicing my car lost my Lock Nuts for my tires, felt they blamed me, even though I informed them within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership, which I had to replace on my own costs, it took Acura three days to offer a store credit, meaning fake money for the real money I shouldn't have had to spend after paying roughly 132$ an hour for service) Sales rep was supposed to meet me to look at the possibility of maybe getting a new car, was not there, or was not available. Previous to that appointment, I had another one (a few weeks before) when my car was held for over two weeks, no courtesy car was offered even though I was told it was offered to any customer if their car was going to be held for a day. If not it was reserved, but if there is no courtesy car available that day, you won't get one for the rest of the time they have your car. If they were dedicated to customer service, I don't think it's unreasonable to offer a courtesy car at a later date, but instead other people were prioritized. It was definitely more than a week and my bill was over 2000$. It's one thing to have to pay the money, I understand that, but you are not valued as a customer, or treated as a second rate, or your money spent is not as valuable as other customers, other dealerships will treat you better at they price charged. It was also the only place I've been to that asks you to give them 10/10 on a survey. I thought maybe it was just me, but I read through the last few reviews (last 2 months) and they're all 1 star, clearly something is not right.

Just bought my 2016 MDX, I’m really happy with my purchase. The sales rep. Vahan was very informative, took his time to explain everything. Thank you so much!

We bought our 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Gabriel President. And have used the Acura Gabriel Body Shop a couple of times and have had excellent service!

After a great purchase experience my expectations from a "luxury" brand were quickly squandered. My brand new vehicle has a defective fuel gauge. While I've been patient during multiple dissapointments, trusting the range calculations based on bad advice, an initial service that failed to fix the problem and finally a back order part for an indeterminate amount of time while I'm expected to continue driving my vehicle defective. The workaround: using my trip computer... i couldn't believe my ears. The gap between my expectations and my experience is beyond description.
