The guy just showed us the car and left us there without talking about the details. It's probably we didn't need financing but it's among the worst customer service of several dealers we've visited lately. The other location up the street wasn't even open but we were not warned. Who would buy from such a shady salesperson?

Not transparent at all. Not honest about the car. Claims there are no problems and drives excellent until you try it. When you bring up some problems they deviate them and feed you some information that should of been shared beforehand. You get a little bit of information from every rep there before you can build a picture of the situation. They also will try to work out a deal with you for cash deposits with no receipts do they can evade taxes... I only found that out when I was in the finance office when she advised me that I will not be getting a receipt for the $3500 down payement. They try to evade taxes while you still have to pay the full taxes based on the Black Book value of the car. Be careful dealing with them. Needless to say I did not purchase the car and it is still in the lot 2 months after.

bunch of liars called them up to inquire about a car, they said it has a clean title. I had to drive 50 km to reach there to be told that the car was had 18000$ in damages. They didn't even apologize for that for giving me the wrong information. then I inquired about 2 other cars on the lot and they were both smashed. all their cars are smashed and their salesmen are sloppy stay away!!!
