For those of you thinking of getting a Ford Edge with an "Eco-Boost" engine (V4) thinking that you will be saving on gas, PLEASE DON'T. The engine is far too small for the truck and that causes it to work in overdrive. I average 16L/100km whereas in my previous V6 I averaged 13L/100km. It is a gas-guzzling monster. When I aired my concerns to the dealership they said they would "look into it" but of course never did. They offer their clients nothing. It takes weeks to get an appointment, I have often left messages to which I received no response. Last time was the first time they actually gave me a courtesy car. Usually I get sent to Enterprise and it takes an extra hour out of my day. Look, I get it, it's a FORD not a BMW. But I must say I have the impression that once they sign you to a lease (I chose the maintenance plan as well), they are not exactly showering you with attention. I am quite upset that the car was billed as fuel efficient when it is anything but that and they did nothing to compensate me me or make it right. I won't lease another car at West Island Ford and this is likely my last FORD.

I arrived a few minutes before my 7:00 AM Monday morning appointment and was pleased to see the doors opened at exactly 7:00 o'clock. Mr Jack Asseraf greeted me, took my information and offered me a complimentary coffee and muffin for breakfast. The work was done promptly and efficiently. I Was given a full written report which was explained verbally and then Jack asked if I had any questions. I had none, since they found my Fiesta to be in great shape. I am truly very satisfied.

Purchased a 2018 Escape from Ford West Island, since we had that cold spell, my tire pressure light came on. I was surprised at this happening. Well, I figured I would stop by the dealer after work to see what was up. I saw my salesman Sam, who is always so polite and helpful, he took care of everything. It was rather late for the service department, most the mechanics were gone but he managed to find someone to check-out the tires. Well, it was all resolved in no time. I’ve had other little mishaps with the vehicle, nothing to do with the manufacture but myself not being careful. I stopped by and Sam the salesman took care of it with the service department. Amazing service on every level!!! Thank you!

First time here and was treated like a VIP. Parts and service staff is super friendly and helped me understand my F-150 that I didn't purchase here. Prices are very reasonable and they threw in some minor fixes for free. This is my new go to dealership for my Ford and I'll be purchasing my next one here!

I always have a good experience when I go to this dealership! I have been to other dealers and doesn’t compare to the service and the friendliness of the employees at West Island Ford Lincoln.
