Very nice when selling you cars, but the garage service aspect is by far the worst customer service I've seen.. not only is the guy behind the phone rude to most people but they forgot to bring tires after scheduling a tire change, at one time they were using my car as a taxi basically and expected me to drive the man back to the garage after he had driven the car to my house, 4+ hours for a tire change.. incredibly long wait if you ever needed a ride home, the list just goes on.. I do not recommend this place..

Worst experience ever, wish there was a minus star. Only reason I purchased there was because the vehicle I wanted (features and colour) was only available there. The sales man would promise you things only to come back and manipulate numbers only to charge you all. Be careful with the building of their prices. They would not even do oil change as promised for a vehicle purchased over 35k$ and they have the audacity deliver the car with empty tank. Luckily there is a gas station round the corner. After several call backs to get a free oil change with two mangers , all I got promises to call back which never happened. The day the car to be delivered the salesperson left home with the second key, had to wait for over An hour with kids for him to comeback. If you have a choice buy somewhere else.

I’d be laughing if it wasn’t something to cry for, actually. So I saw this pre-owned car on their website and I called to make sure that the car is still available (driving 1+ hours one way on a weekday snowy evening is not my hobby). When I got there they told me that that car was sold, but they have already prepared another similar one (more expensive btw). I said ok, I could give it a try, just to see how the model is riding. I drove less than 500m and the car started to shake. I turned around, I parked and I stopped the engine. So, they waited a potential customer with a car with flat tire, empty fuel tank (gas for 80km) and low battery (after stopping the car, they couldn’t turn it on again. Besides, the guy that I talked to, started to under-evaluate the car that I went with, of course without being asked. Overall bad customer experience! A few days after, I saw another car at Duclos Longueuil, and I gave them a try too, even though I felt like loosing confidence. There was like a totally different company. But, about them, I’ll write a positive review on their page.

If this is Duclos advertising under a new incorporated name then buyer beware FYI whenever you see a significant discrepancy between ratings that don’t follow a timeline or explanations for previous bad ratings, that’s a sure RED FLAG! Fairly certain that friends and employees post positive reviews (which is actually illegal).

After a 2 hours trip, upon arrival I was told that the car I had come for was at that very moment being sold to a lady. Meanwhile, that very morning, I had taken an appointment to try the car and even left my phone number in case of. The best the seller could offer me is to roam in their backyard and find another vehicle. As if my 4 hours driving in and out was worth nothing to them. As someone put it, if the coffee ain't free, run away. EDIT: as one user noted, it is surprising that the rating has skyrocketted to 4.2 as of june 18; it seems very fishy to me
