Don't buy from these people

I had a horrible experience at this dealership. They changed their name to Subaru Metropolitain, but it's the same crap. I bought a Toyota Corolla 2016 from them, that stopped working the same day as there was a missing bolt on the brake caliper, which could have led me to dying as only one brake as working. This car was in theory verified. When I went there to get my money back and confronted them, they refused. The seller said that the cold had taken a clip out of the caliper, the manager (who refused to give me my money) said it was too tight, and then came the official mechanic saying there was a missing bolt (which he later admitted on a written paper). Don't trust these people, they're evil, and they might get you killed with their lack of mechanical verification and propriety. They lie through their teeth, and they'd rather go to court than taking responsibility for their lies and bad business practice. Be careful out there.

Don't buy anything from these people

My plan was to buy a car on Christmas 2018 - and it happened! I had several offers from Honda and Kia but my experience with John Scotti Subaru was the best. Not only pricing, but also the way they treat you. Special thanks to Cesar Figueroa - it was a pleasure to deal with you. I hope further service (and car quality) will be at the same high level.

If you want to have the best customer service experience, go see Cesar Figueroa. We have been back and forth at this dealership several times in the last week. Not only does he have the patience of a saint but he worked diligently with us to find the best possible solution and not just to make a sale. Patient, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient! Highly highly recommended !!

I had a very good experience at John Scotti Subaru , largely due to my sales rep. Cesar Figueroa who was very attentive to my concerns and a straight arrow in our negotiations. He understood the vehicle I was interested in and had answers to technical queries/concerns , which he answered in a professional manner . Our negotiations was not the nightmare back and forth sales pressure games that you hear elsewhere but a one time deal offer that was favorable to both sides. I would without any reservation refer others to Cesar , who would treat them with a courteous smile and address any and all concerns , to make your experience a happy one.

Okay, we all know it. The cost of owning a Subaru is higher than other cars, but the rewards are... Well, you own a Subaru! But John Scotti has upped the rewards of owning a Subaru by implementing the rewards program. And get this: it's cold hard cash credits. For anything Subaru! The staff are pretty nice, too. All-in-all, you won't go wrong dealing with John Scotti Subaru..
