AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I had the worst car buying experience at this dealer! Last year I purchased a preowned vehicle, Paid for the certification to have it certified, A week later, Service A was indicating on the car that it had to have an oil change. Clearly it was never certified (where they check and do the 100 inspection or so on the vehicle), After that the brakes started squeaking, I brought the car back to find out that the 2 front brakepads were worned out. So they replaced that. BTW this is still just weeks after I bought the car. I was not even given the paper that I paid for the inspection, I think it was 800$ to certify the car, They insisted that it got lost in a pile of paper so they re-wrote me another one. My Salesman (Alex Emond) made the car buying experience worst, He was inexperience, he would ignore my calls, even the voicemail messages I would leave, never returning my calls, so thats when I had reached out to the service manager Jean-Pierre, (He helped me a lot and was the only person HELPFUL) The Pre-owned cars Manager Sam Elmir was also Helpful, He knew what I was going through hence he gave me a free service for the following year, Fast forward to this year where the car is in need of another oil change. I booked my appointment mentioning that my oil change is suppose to be free from Sam and Jean-Pierre, I was told that Sam was no longer working at this dealer, and Jean-Pierre was on vacation. I still booked my oil change appointment, only to be surprised that I had a bill to be paid. I showed them the email between the 3 of us that this service is suppose to be a free service.At the oil change, They mentioned that my suspension had to be fixed and that it was still under warranty, so they went ahead and fixed that. 2 Weeks after that, I get a call from the service dept saying that the warranty of the suspension was refused by mercedes benz Canada, and that I had to go in to pay for that suspension repair. I mean, Are you serious? They are very unorganized. And After that another phone call from Service saying that they did not recieve payment for the oil change that I had just done. Oh Also at my oil change, I was informed that all 4 of my tires were no longer good, and had to be changed.(the car tire life was only good for 8 months) I called to speak to the new pre-owned manager David Vaudreuil, regarding this problem since Sam Elmir is no longer there,I left messages for him and he does not call you back, I sent him an email regarding this problem on Aug 16, and only reached him by phone today Sept 6. And he has no idea of what I had to go through with this car, and was not able to help in any ways. Thats good service right?! btw He also mentionned on the phone that I got a good deal for my car so the price reflected the tires. They simply dont care about you after you buy a car at this dealer! Stay away from this dealership! Take your money elsewhere
