Picked up my brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue today and couldn't be happier! Thank you so much to Micheal Elian who made sure he took care of every detail from the moment I told him I was in the market for a new vehicle. His professionalism, his courtesy and his attention was really refreshing. I can assure you that Michael dispels the stereotype of the "car salesman"! Proud of his job and of the knowledge of both his product and his ability to deal with the customer! Great job Mike! Thank you for everything and a special thank you to the staff at Spinelli who all combined to make this a truly pleasant experience. Take a bow people! You've earned it!

My wife went in with an appointment for service and what seemed to be a warranty issue. Due to the tire change rush she was told she would have to wait a long time for anyone to help her and that she could easily get a oil change done somewhere else (this is not the bad part). The warranty issue was declined before checking in and without any research. She was told that there might be a recall for this one day and that there would be a charge for this as it is esthetic (I disagree). I researched it online to see that there is a known service issue and there is a posted service bulletin for her car in North America. On the Wednesday I spoke to someone who told me the service manager would call me back by Friday. It is now Monday...SERVICE FAILED!

Horrible service department- Even a simple task as oil change, you end up paying double the average price compared to Canadian tire or other car repair garages. Would not recommend it 👎👎👎👎

I went to Spinelli to check my brakes they changed my front but they did not inform me of the back! Big mistake! I do not know anything about mechanics. If I go, it's because the dealer that is an expert must notify me to prevent a fatal accident. I told my husband that was a big noise in the car he looked the car and he told me about the brakes the disc was almost destroyed I explained to the service manager the situation and instead of finding a considerate answer I found a defensive man fighting and zero manners to the client supposedly people expects a professional reaction in a service manager when you find such a poor service in Manager you begin to guess why he is in that position ? is possible he Will be the owner or he is his best friend or Spinelli is a family business that does not handle professional standards of quality and service. solution remove your car from the workshop and look for one that has commitment and quality with the service provided to the public by someone who not only respects the quality but takes care of the safety of people on the road because driving is a serious business.
