I can only comment on their used car sales practices, since I have not dealt with any other department. I would warn anybody to go beyond due diligence when buying a used car from there. I bought a used Hyundai a few years ago and while I knew it was not in mint condition, the sales rep were less than forthcoming on the extent of the damage suffered by the vehicle. I was recently made aware that "some rear-end damage" was in fact significant enough to have the vehicle declared a rebuild in Ontario. While the price was commensurate with the vehicle's condition, I would have avoided many issues by knowing the extent of the repairs. I expected more from buying a used Hyundai at a Hyundai dealership, unfortunately they may not be different from any other used car dealership.

HIKMAT was my salesmen and he really treated me well. He gave me the best deal I think the whole west island could offer, and was real friendly and informative. Sometimes a dealership is all about their salesmen. I visited 3 other car dealerships and none treated me so well as HYUNDAI (I met with two salesmen there previously). They delivered.
