I came here for an oil change for the first time. It was nice to find an English mechanic. I could not find the entrance ( it’s around the side near the back) The waiting room is dim and uninviting. There is a small pig that wanders freely in the waiting room. This is fun for some and not so fun for others. I asked them to take a peek at the brakes because it was pulling. I went for a walk and on my return found that I had been charged for an oil change and a caliper servicing. I asked why I hadn’t been notified first. I was refunded for the caliper service. Prices were good and the refund was fair since I didn’t ask for it. I may return, but I left feeling bad.
