There is something to be said about providing excellent customer service. This is what my wife and I both experienced when at Bokan. It is far too uncommon these days to see, but it was definitely on display during my multiple visits here. Not only did I decide to drive past severl dealerships to purchase my new Ram Rebel at Bokan, but my wife also purchased a new Jeep Wrangler the next day! Thank you to everyone who took the time to work with us, I highly recommend Bokan to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle! Keep up the great work.

Excellent place to buy. Great owner an excellent staff!! Shane was very thorough salesman An went out of his way to find the right Jeep for me. Patrick is a pleasure to deal with an talk to.! An Dan Bokan is a really good guy as well. Couldn’t ask for better guys! True pleasure to work with these guys!! We will be repeat customers!

Great experience I highly recommend. Shane was a very fair and honest salesman who showed me many options until we found the right truck. We were also able to negotiate a price that was perfect for me. I know multiple other people who dealt with Shane and had a great experience as well.

The salesman was Nate March. This guy is exactly what I wanted in a salesman. Was very upfront with the details on the vehicle I was looking at. Informed me of the features on the vehicle and what the value was. I bought the vehicle at exactly the price I was hoping to get it for. I'll admit we weren't too far off right from the start, but it was nice to have him accept my offer. Clearly a salesman that any dealer would love to have working for them. Nate goes that extra mile to make sure all of his customers leave satisfied and I will be referring my friends and family to him.

Very pleased with our experience purchasing our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 4x4 from the St. Albans Bokan Delership. Since this was our first ever Jeep vehicle, we had lots of questions that our salesperson Shane handled with ease. He spent what ever time was needed to ensure we understood the various options and never made us feel like we were being rushed in any way. I also appreciated that he took the time to introduce me to the owner and other folks who make up the staff. Thanks Shane for a great experience.
