I was very disappointed in all the car dealerships and started thinking about buying a private owner car until I went to Park Avenue Honda. Everything changed and I ended up buying a car at the first visit. Very nice, intimate, respectful people work there who do their best to help and guide you. Yves was the person who helped me out, simply the best. I paid the car with cash while the process was even faster than I expected. All great experience. I'll definitely recommend this place to my own friends.

A couple of months ago, my wife and I went to get a car, and the moment we signed, the experience changed 180 degrees. They took over our previous lease and asked for us to contact the leasing company for a balance statement, which we did and they assured us that we were done with the older car. 3 Weeks later we got charged another month for the previous lease. When we asked them about it, they gave us the biggest run around I have ever seen. The financial director Jean-Francois stopped returning our calls the moment it got difficult. Every time I would call for a follow up, they would say they have no idea what happened. And another 2 weeks in this hot mess without getting callbacks, when I asked to call me back otherwise I would have to contact consumer protection, the financial director tells me “I don’t accept those threats”. During the handover of the new car, the representative tells us that if Honda calls us for a survey, that we have to give them 5/5 otherwise they get a 0, and that if they ask us if they told us to give them 5/5, they will get a fine, so we should not mention it. This is a pure crook’s move. Surveys should be purely based on customer experience, not guided by the dealership. Very unprofessional and horrible service. We had to take a total of 4 days off of work my wife and I to try to fix their mistake, which they didn’t even try to compensate us for them. Their excuse was that the cheque to the leasing company was lost in the mail, but the accounting dept confirmed that they always handle those payments electronically. There was obviously lies everywhere during that month of misery. 28/11/2018 Just when I thought it could not get any worse... I went for my tire change appointment, and I was promised at the time of purchase it would be free for the first time, they wanted to charge me. I had to argue with them in order to get what I was promised. Also, i was asked to send them my contact info after this original review so they contact me, and after I did, no one reaches out as they promise. This place is A COMPLETE DISASTER!!!! I recommend you guys stay away.

After much research, I brought my 2011 Honda Odyssey to Park Avenue Honda with what I thought was clearly a transmission problem. I was skeptical to bring it to a non affiliated Honda garage because ultimately I believed that worse case scenario, the transmission would have to be completely rebuilt, I would have the piece of mind that nobody knows Honda`s better than Honda. Roughly 5 minutes after hoisting up my vehicle, Carl came to get me and asked me if I had had a part recently replaced. He then explained that unfortunately due to installation error, by another garage, it had caused the transmission oil to leak, almost entirely emptying the system. He explained that this was obviously a problem caused by the previous work, and guided me through the steps to begin the process of a claim with my former garage. He took pictures and documented everything, including all bills related to the issue. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, but I can say he was professional, to the point, and confident, without being pushy. That day they ordered in the part needed, and told me that by noon the following day the work, and testing should be complete. I can confirm that to their word, everything went as was promised. Bravo to the whole team at Park Avenue Honda. I will definitely be recommended them to my friends and family.

Some of the most unethical and unprofessional salesperson. We had discussed all the prices already and the salesperson said they only do bi-weekly payments and didn't offer monthly payments. When he gave me the bi-weekly prices, i had him tell me how much it was monthly. Upon agreeing on the monthly price, the salesperson started with the documentations of going forward with the lease. THANK GOD I LOOKED at the document before signing or else i would of been scammed. He indicated the payment period as biweekly in which he obtained the price by simply dividing whatever price we agreed monthly by 2. He tried to convince me that the price bi-weekly was the same price monthly and that it would be the same amount of money coming out of my bank account each month. I tried to explain that there are 26 payments in a year so there would be two months in the year that i would be making an additional payment. The salesperson tried to backtrack saying if they may end up taking back the lease earlier and in that case I would avoid those additional payments at the end of the lease (made no sense to me). Furthermore, he kept insisting that $200 bi weekly (example) is the same as $400 monthly. Anyways, moral of the story, be careful of what you sign and i'm not going back for sure.

Great Customer Service! I was served by Kaven Norris and he really took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions.
