The staff has greatly improved in the past couple of years. Dan at the service desk is amazing. Tyler at sales is very knowledgeable. Stephane (sales director) treats you like a human being, not just a number. All in all, my car purchase at Kia Mcmasterville was smooth and stress free.

While I have not purchased a car from him yet, I must say, if and when I do, I will buy from here and I will definitely choose to deal with Tyler. I called looking for info for a family member, Tyler was quick and honest and I instantly trusted him...Having been in sales for over 25 years, I have rarely spoken with a sales person as prompt, courteous and trustworthy as Tyler. This dealership is lucky to have him and I will refer anyone looking for a vehicle to go see him.

Small dealer but exceptional service that no large dealer can offer. Special thanks to my rep Tyler for the awesome after sales service who is always at hand to help! Be sure to ask for him when you go. 10/10

Great service and deal. Ask for Louise. She's going give you the best service and attention. I recently bought a Niro hybrid and very happy about the deal.great car.

After repairs, found out that parts where missing, like an engine cap and my nerver used spare tire was replaced by a very used one. Also sick and tire of the harassment to get a new car by email, phone and regular mail. I will nerver go back there. If I buy an other Kia, it won't be at Mario Blain for sure!
