I have been there 3 times to get my car serviced. Each time I go back home with job half done. If I can go back in time, I would choose another dealer. They definitely should take a tip or two from Lexus Laval.

Excellent experience with Yuri and his assistant (sorry I forgot her name). The car (used certified) was delivered to me with only one key and no owner's manual but Yuri ordered them for me at no cost. Much appreciated.

First experience at Lexus Gabriel was definitely great one . Amazing staff , amazing service, luxury cars , just perfect way to spend Saturday. Big thanks to team , for invested patience (God knows how many questions women can have when they are purchasing cars )😃🙈 also had a chance to meet general manager Ralph who was nothing but willing to help and give us great service ! 👌🏽

I had an excellent experience with the service department, and more specifically Francois, who courteously took care of all my needs. I needed a fair amount of work done on the car and Francois even gave me a discount given the latter. Overall, everyone seems polite, willing to help, and willing to accommodate. It's also very easy to get in touch with the right people over the phone, which is not the case with many other dealers that I have dealt with in the past. I will definitely be coming back here.

Customer service could be improved as my one and only experience was less than welcoming, albeit It was a Saturday following the long weekend.
