Good service, tested a few cars but not purchased because of bad communication between the dealers, wanted a Civic hatchback manual LX that was to another dealer and discussed 10 days to see and test the car, when finally the sales rep told me that is a sport and cannot test the car as it’s at honda 40-640 . Called there at 40-640 to talk to the sales rep mr Leger, when talked and explained that I wanted to see and test the car from 10 days ago he just laughed and said it’s a sport and price is $27.000 as the car has 6000 km on board. Just felt that I wasted my time on the phone with both dealers and next time will not be a next time :). I just recommend you if you want to buy a car at a better price, just go Honda Nord Sud :), I had very good service there.

Prices are okay, service when you want to buy a car is not bad. Afterwards however, they neglected to... a) Provide copies of all the contracts, including the warranty document you sign off, despite multiple requests, which makes me wonder if they'll honour them. b) Honour their promise to provide a missing piece for the car. And then proceeded to ignore emails requesting the above two items. For a company that advertises that they are totally concerned about service, they failed in the followup. It's a shame because I thought their sales person was terrific.

I had a good experience shopping from here, they were honest, friendly and flexible.
