Poor judgement

For commercial truck, don't go there. No availability to test drive a transit and transit connect.

Good service!!!!

:(. Je me vois obligé d'aller faire mon achat ailleurs. Fin... I started my relationship with Ford more than 15 years ago. Have bought a new vehicle with Blainville Ford in 2013 and it was impeccable. Less than a year from the end of my financing I visited Ford giving them a pretty clear idea of what I wanted (early 2018). My sales advisor (Henri Lachance) was great. In April I was told (following 3 visits on site) by the financial advisor to wait July-August to have the vehicle at the price I wanted (must say that I wanted a truck we have a young family ). So here we are at the end of July and my wife and I (4th visit on site) realizing that we were sold a false dream and that the vehicle we wanted with the options we wished for (mentioned since April) is out of price. Our file was not properly documented and sad to realize that the Ford consultant sold us a false dream ... so we left the dealer without the vehicle we wished for and this left us a bitter taste with Ford .... thanks anyway to Henri who did the best he could but it was sad ro see that we had little to no help or collaboration from the new credit counselor on site. Too bad to have to end my relationship with Ford in such a way.. :( I have to go buy elsewhere. The end... :( Ford's answer is well appreciated but I hwent elsewhere and got the 2018 that I wanted with all the options I wanted. Picked up my truck two days ago! The service was of a lack of interest and complete disdain of the counselor who was there. Thank you but no thanks! Here is the example of a good sale lost for lack of will and listening skills! It is very far from a service that "appreciates me as a customer". I only hope the Blainville Ford will learn from this. :(
