An amazing experience! Hugo who was my salesperson was there for me throughout the entire process in purchasing a 2018 Focus Electric. Ann, a member of the 440 Ford Team seamlessly had me approved and was a pleasure to work with! This dealership is there to answer all your questions and I highly recommend them to anyone! What a fantastic ensemble!

Very nice staff and great selection. I love my ‘new to me’ Escape. They do not push or try and up sell, they are professional and knowledgeable. The after care service was also really great. Thank you Eric Cloutier for making the purchase and follow up so easy. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Wanna wait 6 hours to get your tires changed and oil change with a sloppy horrible car wash . . . You’ve come to the right place !! I’ve been here 2 times and both time I’ve waited over 5 hours. While I was waiting there was a this old guy next to me waiting for 7 hours for a tire change ???? I honestly have no clue as to what these people are doing how does it take so long to do simple work ?? All those hour spent you would have though they were working on a science project. They wait time is just ridiculous and the car wash they do is just sad I’m not coming back here again.

I don't recommend going at the service. The employees are not that great.. Left my truck there and specified that I had a problem with my engine revving way too much above 100km/h. Paid around 450$.. 3hours of work... for a bypass wiring job... charging me 5$ for a ty raps... Conclusion, problem is still there but when I came back telling them that the issue was still there (engine light came back after 5min). They told me that they fixed another problem... The main reason I came there was for a specific problem but they ended up fixing something else and charging me for it. After all that, I was said that I need to pay a 2nd diagnostic so they can check again what they've missed the first time... Forgot to also specify that they may have fixed a problem but made another one because since then, my truck no longer remote starts. First and last time there for me. Save yourselves some time, money and hassle by going elsewhere. I'm not complaining, just stating what happened.

This is one of the best ford dealerships around. They have the best customer service. We worked with Pascal Gauthier who was FANTASTIC. He answered all our questions and took the time to follow up on every single detail we wanted to know about. He was always in touch with us and available. He followed up with us until the delivery of the car and follow ups after.
