Booked an appointment for a test drive. Took time off from work and drove 2 hours to get there and they said the car was not there. Don't waste your time with these loons. Also stay clear of Patrick, he was more than a brute.

This is my 1st purchase with Hgregoire, under the econo H program. What they neglect to tell you on the website is that the vehicle is sold as is. Have the vehicle inspected by your mechanic before purchasing. I did have an issue but it was quickly rectified by the sales manager. That is why I gave 4 star rating.

LOTS of cars. Should be pretty much anything for everyone from the student that needs an econobox to the CEO thats looking for a limited edition Challenger.

these people are completely lost, the sales man came off as a nice guy at first but tried to pitch me what he was saying is a fully loaded subaru model which anyone with a pair of eyes could see it wasn't that. To make the situation sweeter is that the car listing and contract they drew up stated that it's a limited when it was clearly a touring. I verified the vin with subaru canada and they confirmed it was a touring model. Canceled the deal. Not sure how they're still opened.

We had a bad experience with this dealership. The first time we went there it was October 1st, we put a deposit on a Toyota Corolla without a test drive. When we went to pick up the car two weeks later, we discovered that the windows were not automatic. We then selected another car, a Honda Civic. There was a few body shop work to do on the car, and we were supposed to get a call the next week… We received no phone call and left many voice messages before the salesperson called us back and then again radio silence until last night. Having been told that the car was ready, we went to the dealership this morning. Once there, to our surprise, we were informed that the registration papers were not received! We believe we should have had this information before we got to the dealership! It is unacceptable. We do not trust them anymore. We wasted our time, lost a month, had a poor customer service and wasted gas driving from Montreal to St -Eustache back and forth few times for nothing. We are very sorry that we ever went to this dealership, and we do not recommend doing business with H Gregoire St-Eustache.
