My check engine light was on! I left the car Sunday evening, and left a note and my keys. First thing in the morning receive a phone call from them. They called me back around 5 pm saying that my car was ready and everything was fine. No fees because I was still on the guaranty ! The lady at the front desk was so loving and caring. She was really nice great smile. I leased my car in D.D.O., I have the day that the service is much better here. Thx you for taking care of me !!

Called used car department and made appointment to test drive a used Honda for the following morning. Since this is an hour and a half drive for me, I called again in the morning of the visit to confirm vehicle was available and salesperson confirmed it was there. I arrived on time, as scheduled. Sales person took us outside in yard to view the vehicle. He looked around and said, oh, it must be inside. We went back to showroom, he went to the garage and was gone for several minutes. I thought it was odd, so I looked in their service garage area and neither he nor the vehicle were there. He finally came back ( and reaked of cigarette smoke so he had decided to have us wait as he was having a smoke) and said there was a misunderstanding, the vehicle must have been sent out to be cleaned and would be back at the end of the day. We certainly were not in the mood to wait several hours to see if the vehicle would show up or even if there was a vehicle in the first place. Very unprofessional experience and no respect for their customer's time.
