Very bad experience!!!! I have called the day before to take an appointment, when I arrived, first of all, there was no one at the front desk to welcome me, I waited about 10 minutes before someone talked to me. I said I had an appointment with XXXXX and, I don't know why, I never saw that person. Finally I went outside with another seller for a test drive. During all the test drive the seller didn't say ONE WORD about the car!!! I was very mad about that. When we went back at the car dealer, I told him that I wasn't satisfy about his behavior and also the fact that he didn't say anything to explain the car's details or anything, he's answer was: you didn't ask me anything. I was so frustrated, I will never spend all that money on a car and receive bad service! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I'll go to another dealer.

Not Honest People!! I spoke with the Sales Rep on the phone, and he gave me some info about the car I was looking for. I asked him for discount and he told me that we installed a new tires and new brakes on the car so we can not give you a big discount. I asked him, did you install the cheap Chinese tires and he told me that we never install the cheap tires on our selling cars. After 30 min driving from downtown to their dealership, I noticed that they installed The CHEAP Chinese Minerva tires. When I talked to the used car manager he gave me some ridiculous explanation!!!! SO please do not trust their info on the phone , because they want to get you to their dealership !!! STAY AWAY or do more search before heading to their dealership !!!!!

Was looking for a specific used car for a while and one popped up at Mazda Duval so I went to check it out and bought it at what I felt was a good price. Buying process was rushed and not very pleasant, there was a wobble in the brake during the test drive and the salesman assured me it was ice on the wheel...which I believed. Once I purchased the car a few issues popped up while under warranty. Check engine light, front brake wobble (which i pointed out before) and loose rear suspension link. They were very nice and fixed the front brakes for me under warranty, however nothing was done about the link and check engine light even after 2 service visits...now warranty is up and I have to fix these issues at my own cost. Would not recommend for buying a used car.
