An agent called me to schedule an appointment for a specific model I looked up. I was working, but he was being pushy and didn't let me get back with my availability. Once I arrived, they told me the car was sold the day before, even though I confirmed my appointment on the afternoon. But the sales rep (Michael) showed me some similar models, and explained all the features in detail. I tried one of them, then he gave me an estimate with financing. I didn't buy the car, but good service.

After visiting 3 other gmc dealerships, Audi, Mazda, Toyota, etc. Christin Chevrolet Buick offered the best service. Kamal is the best sales person who can help you get the car you want at the right price. I am very happy with my new truck and would like to thank him for the excellent service. I am definitely going to see him for my next car.

The garage is expensive for certain standard maintenance and other repairs but the staff is friendly and always accommodates me (free rental car or free "limousine" service ride to and from work) in some cases when my vehicle needed to stay for maintenance or repairs for more than a few hours.

The worst sales person, not responsible for their appointment, they offered one things on the phone and another one on their meet!! They’re not at all reliable. Worst sales person is Sayed who is not at all recommended

Very nice service from the sales departement , bilingual salesmen , all the information I needed was explained in a clear way by a young salesman, whom I crossed path with in the showroom.
