Great reliable service on maintenance. Never had issues with unavailable parts or feel like I'm being bullshitted about replacing parts to early for a quick buck. So far so good. The only caveat - and this applies to all concessions - the waiting room has really crappy uncomfortable seating. I mean if you're gonna make a lounge out of the waiting room with a big screen TV, might as well have lounge seating. Can make a long wait pleasant.

This review is for the David Berube salesman, at Pointe Aux Trembles location. This salesman spent a great deal of time with me, visited the dealership, and made it happen. Hardworking, patient yet persistent, personable and courteous. If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend Mr David Berube. This was the 3rd dealership I went to in two weeks time, I almost gave up on getting a newer car than I had, the experience was so draining, I figured it was best to just keep my old car and wait another year. I found good ratings from APA on Google for Albi, thus my decision to make a visit. By that time I was so tired of the process. But David Berube was enthusiastic and worked his but off to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted, and he did it all in 1 day, I drove home the same night in my new vehicle, this guy will not let you down. Bravo David Berube! You delivered, no more stress for me to car shop! 19/09/2018 Unfortunately I will be editing this review very soon, as I have a major problem and I have been waiting since 27 August 2018 for a return phone call and resolution of a matter soon to be made public if it is not taken care of.

Excellent customer service by Mr. Patrick Lavallee who was extremely patient with us, answered all our questions, took the time to do multiple test drives during the same visit in order to make sure we make the right decision. We visited so far more than 10 car dealerships and his service was the best by far. He is a very honest sales rep unlike all the other reps out there in the same business who would put you under pressure to decide and push you for the wrong choices just to attain their objectives.
