I dealt with most of the departments over there and I can say that every single interaction was impeccable. Great friendly positive people everywhere making real proactive efforts to make things right, above expectations. This dealership is my new benchmark.

They were so good at what they did I even gifted them a bottle of Pinot Grigio. The showroom is spectacular and the staff is incredibly professional, informative, and friendly. They delivered above and beyond my expectations and I will be recommending Duval Mercedes Benz to all of my friends and colleagues

I bought my CPO 2015 Glk250 from them and the experience has been stressful. Coming from Ontario, I asked whether they have experience with delivery to out of province customer and the salesperson assured me they do it all the time. When I arrived the vehicle itself was in amazing condition and it was love at first sight... I specifically asked if the vehicle would pass Ontario safety. The salesperson assured me that this vehicle will go through Mercedes Certified program and it will pass. Issues I encountered: 1) Car was listed with 59000km, but it actually had 63000km. Not a big deal but that would effective void Mercedes CPO exchange policy 2) Car did not pass safety in Ontario. Movement in tie rod. Fixed under warranty but I had to go back to Mercedes Benz to get repairs done. Not exactly ideal when you are going on vacation the next week. 3) They didn't give me the ownership to bring back during delivery. They said they will send it express and I should get it next day. I didn't get it until a week or more later. Pass the 10 days transit permit. 4) I purchased the vehicle during payment waiver event. My first 3 payments is suppose to have $500 off. They didn't submit the paperwork properly, so MBFS took the full amount. Reached out to MBFS to sort things out. Overall my salesperson Phillips was very helpful and we were in contact during the safety issue of the car. However, the delivery manager really dropped the ball on my delivery.
