Today was one of those days that you were glad that your Toyota dealership had exceptional employees available to help. We all know that it is tire change season in Quebec and the dealerships are BUSY! I unfortunately, happened to get a flat tire a few km's away and Julie and her respective team did everything to make sure that I was going to leave the dealership safely - even though they were booked solid. Finally, with Gabriel the technicians help combined with Julie - I left with a fully functioning vehicle. Thanks for making a rather unfortunate day, that much better!

I was offered a new lease for a 2018 Toyota Corolla, an upgrade from the 2016 Corolla. I was promised the SAME contract. I thought that winter tires were included in the new lease, as I had winter tires from the old lease. I wasn’t made aware that those tires belonged to me, so I gave them back to Toyota. The agent was not clear with the contract terms. When tire season came along, I find out that I need to buy new 900$ winter tires. I then spoke to my agent and then spoke to the boss, and their answers were VERY contradicting. The agent told me that I had a choice to give my winter tires away or keep them on the day I gave back my 2016 Corolla, and there is no way of recovering them back. On the other hand, the boss said that to be able to get the new lease, I had to give up my winter tires? The boss offered me a discount of 20$ in winter tires. Like what? I feel like I’m being fooled. Because on the day of getting my new lease, there was no talk about giving my winter tires, I was told that winter tires are included. Once my lease term ends, I’m definitely never going back to Toyota park avenue. Will definitely change to Honda elsewhere. Staying away from Park Avenue, maybe try Spinelli. Never doing business with Park Avenue ever again.
