The service here from sales to service is excellent. You are promptly greeted with very courteous and professional people. They were very patient with with me and with all my questions and they were all satisfactorily answered with clarity. As far as car dealerships are concerned, they are family. Although I get by fairly well in French they are perfectly bilingual which made it very pleasant and easy for me. I strongly recommend Hyundai Brossard to anyone. Even if you are not looking for a Hyundai, check them out. You never know. I have always been very happy with their vehicles. I just love the Sonata which I recently bought.

I recently bought a 13,000$ second hand Mazda. They changed all the brakes before I took it which was great at first. 3 months later I started hearing a banging noise in the rear brakes. I took it to the Mazda dealer for inspection. They found out that Brossard Hyundai had installed brake pads that weren't made for my car (jobber pads) which was causing this very noticeable banging noise in them. The Mazda dealer also told that they would damage the disks on the long run. I called them and sent them the report but the manager did not agree to change them saying that they were secure. So this comes across as DISHONEST! Instead of giving me a choice between paying more for original parts they went ahead and installed bad unfit parts on a car that I paid 13,000$ for!! Had they given me the choice, I would have paid extra for original parts. I would never recommend dishonest dealers like them. Their offices and showrooms are very neat and yet the under 4 star average says it all : dishonesty with customers. Edit : They replied the day after saying that they would review my dossier but they did not contact me or do anything about it. Don't be fooled by their reply, they won't actually do anything. If they think they can cover this by a simple reply, they're wrong.

DREAM FULFILLED - YES! Hyundai, Brossard team are very professional, so much so, they made us feel like family. We had to think of our guide dog Lucky, he had to love the car also, they showed us all our best options, while respecting what we had asked for and then they verified inventory and improved our choice to exceed our needs and expectations. They explained warranties and other jargon. Now we have a great car and a fulfilled dream. We recommend you head over to them first and walk through among the new cars to find your fit. The services at the used vehicles is horrible the rep was telling why you testing the car if you don’t like it. The whole point was to test the car saw 3 issues so changed my mind. The new vehicles department was amazing the rep went out of this way to help

I bought a used car from here. The service was good, but they neglected to tell me about MANY damages to the car on the outside and the inside. They put the winter tires on the back seats to cover the stains on the back seats. (I didn't check the back seats as the tires were there and they were heavy). The front and back bumped were a mess. Front right bumper was all scratched up. When I asked if they could fix it before I received the car, they said sure, but when the car was delivered to me they had lightly sanded it. You could still see the scratches. There was a dent in the front hood, same thing, I asked them if they could fix it, they said "yes" and they just colored it with paint. That wasn't the problem. I wanted it fixed. If they couldn't fix it why didn't they just say no? The back I only noticed after I had agreed to buy the car. The Honda symbol was CRACKED in half and the trunk was dented. When I reached out to them they told me it was my responsibility to check the car before I bought it. I understand that, but MAYBE the scratches and bumps were from the parking lot?? I didn't see it originally, so could it have maybe happened after?? Hmm... That parking lot is JAMMED full with cars... The car battery died 2 months after I bought it. I am honestly very disappointing. I wish they had done a check and given me the results. They 100% should inspect all their cars, new or old. Now reading the reviews... DON'T BUY A USED CAR HERE. There are a lot of reviews about buying used and finding dishonest acts towards the buyers. Very disappointing. Update: They just informed me that they DID do a battery check, they just didn't give me the results...
