I’ve had a great experience with Nissan Brossard. Went there looking for my very first car, Kevin was exceptional, and Francis had been great overall. They’ve gone above and beyond what they promised. Picked up my Kicks SR yesterday. They typically don’t do Saturday deliveries, but they were kind enough to accommodate me as I couldn’t do weekdays. Mohamed was there for the delivery, and has been very thorough going through everything that I needed to know. He took his time, answered all my questions. Definitely made me feel very comfortable.

This dealership went downhill when it transferred to South Shore Group (except for the garage service). You really should ask for a price breakdown when you get a quote from them. We went in once to test drive the rogue and they told us they could make a good price but there system was down so they said they would phone us. They never did. Had to phone them twice to get Simone to phone us back. No one ever did. Then twice before the end of our lease they phoned is to say our lease was coming up and they had great offers for us. The first time the price didn't make any sense compared to the web site. After some pushing they showed us how it was calculated. They were taking the rebate available at the time to cover taking back the car earlier. So basically we weren't getting a rebate. They were the ones that called us and wasted or time. Then they called us again before the end of the lease. Again they were our time with prices that weren't competitive. We've changed dealership and been much happier since.

The dealer did ignore the initially signed contract and charged us $1000 to transfer our lease instead of $750 which is the standard amount across all Nissan dealers. They were also quite blunt and open when asked why, their explanation was that there were too many customers transferring their leases and they wanted to make things harder for customers to do the transfer, amazing right? We are 2018 and there is a brand that is trying to make things harder for their customers and openly admitting it. Kudos Nissan, kudos!

First time with their service department: They refused to replace the rear wheel bearings under warranty because (more than 700$ CAD), according to them, I covered with grease the damage. I always make the service in Nissan. Nobody else touch my car. How can I do something like that if I am not even able to change a tire? They also refused to replace the rear door handle covered by my extended protection plan (more than 180$ CAD), because according to them, the plan doesn't cover damage by rust. I went to Metro Nissan LaSalle and they solved all the issues. Indeed, the wheel bearings are covered by the basic warranty. The handle is plastic, so doesn't rust; they repaired it. No problem at all. Unethical, unprofessional and disgusting. Never again. AVOID!!!!

TLDR: so-so service and calling them often hangs up on it's own. After an airbag recall service, they left my dashboard dirty and forgot to do an inspection as included. Later, I receive an email saying "no action required" about an inspection. Very confusing. Then, I answer a survey and they leave me a message wanting to discuss so that's good. To return the message, for almost each call I make, it rings and hung up. When I finally join the receptionist, she transfers me and guess what... it rings and hung up. Ridiculous.
