Worst experience of car repair, of my life at Gravel on Nun's Island - I went there the anti-freeze was leaking - $93.00 to tell me the anti-freeze was leaking 🙄 - during the time they had my car to be fix, they called to offer a complete drainage of the anti-freeze for $200.00 - I refused after advice from 2 others garage... - When I went pick up the car, I realized they did not replace the anti-freeze that I had lost, - I paid $430.00 for a job not finish, - I went back to ask them to fill up the plastic container with anti-freeze, they sold me a container of anti-freeze at $13.00 I called Jean-Claude Gravel, to express my concern, no anti-freeze in winter time could've blow out my engine, he offer me a car wash for the next spring in compensation. Especially, if you are a woman, don't ever go at this place, I wouldn't want that this kind of extremely bad service happened to anyone ! - Overpriced - Bad service - They offer repair I didn't need - Job not completed - The add in the garage, saying call Jean-Claude Gravel if not completely satisfied, well it's a big joke !

The prix/ qualité for wash car is not good. To expensive for for not a 10/10 service.

My father was in town & unexpectedly ran into problems with his Cadillac. We were in a bit of a bind, but the staff at Gravel Nuns Island took great care of us and made sure my dad could sucessfully make the trip back. Marcel updated us frequently and made sure we would have the car back just in time. Highly recommended.
