As a Honda driver who bought my car from them, I don't recommend to use their auto service, specially if you want to add a new device. 6 months ago I asked for a 'remote starter' from them. 1-They sold and installed an old version of remote starter 2- I had to go 2 times there because 1st time it didn't work properly 3- Still it has some problems and I can't rely on that. 4- I have to wait for a long time for a good service so I cannot go there again since like you.. I am busy too!!! Finally I recommend you to go a local auto service without any propaganda that helps you for the services like 'oil change', 'tire change'... Prices are higher there and they charge you for something unexpected !!!

Don't even know where to start with how bad the service is here. Everyone you speak to is completely disorganized and impossible to get in touch with. No communication between departments. I've been with Honda for 8 years. The god awful experience of dealing with this dealership is one of the main reasons I'm going elsewhere. So happy to be moving on. Stay away!

I don't know what would I say about them. I got my brand new car LX-AWD delivered on March 29. There is no coordination among the teams. They don't know who is doing what. Nobody came outside with me to have a proper handover of the car. The odometer glass has scratch then I showed it to the GM but he says he doesn't know how did it happen. I am purchasing a brand new car then how come a GM talks like that? Then who is responsible to handover everything properly to me? It took 5 hours to get the car delivered. I told them in advance that to provide me all the documents in English but still during the signing some of the documents were in French which is completely unacceptable. It was seemed like you are signing something as blind. Very poor service. Also everything was not there as per the deal agreed. Then I had to ask one by one to them to get the deal offer. 100% unprofessional and completely inefficient staffs. Please don't go there just to waste your time.

For many years, my Civic was serviced at Honda Centreville and I was pleased. Once Gravel took over, I noticed a degradation of customer service when I would bring my car in for a check-up, service, etc. With the Bleury location now closed, I recently brought my car to the Nun's Island location hoping that there would be an improvement in customer service. To my dismay, it appears to be even worse. Most annoying is when trying to call, you don't even get the option to wait for reception to take your call as you are immediately redirected to a voice mailbox. And I am still waiting for a call back. It is starting to seem pretty obvious that they DO NOT want my business.... so I will oblige Gravel Honda and go elsewhere from now on. In spite of being a loyal Honda owner since the early 80's, the experience with Gravel Honda has me looking at Toyota an alternative for a new vehicle (but not Gravel Toyota St Leonard).

Get your car serviced somewhere else. Really. Don't think about it twice. Anywhere else will be better than this place. I'm actually amazed they still have customers coming in. I went there for the second time this week (to give them a chance, as my first service appointment was equally bad), and here's a non-exhaustive list of all the things that went wrong: 1) When trying to book an appointment - I left two voicemails and called for nearly a week, but nobody ever bothered calling me back or picking the phone. Receptionist told me they were crazy busy...fine I get that, but at least give me a call back when you get the chance. 2) I ended up booking my appointment online (which wasn't ideal because they initially couldn't pull my servicing history). I got there at 8:30 am and left my car for the entire day. I told them I was going to pick it up at 5 pm. Car wasn't ready until 5:40 pm. I left the garage around 6 pm. That's an hour of my life I'm not getting back. 4) I told them quite clearly I wanted a car wash, especially since I had asked the same thing the first time around, only to be told "we didn't have time to do it". Well, you guessed it, exact same thing happened. If you can't deliver on it, don't bother offering the service to your customers. 5) The first time I went there back in January, I asked them to change the air filter. They did it, but only to put the dirty one DIRECTLY on my passenger seat and stain it with oil. Pretty amazing. Now that I think about it I wonder why the hell I went back there. 6) When I showed my discontent for my car being 40 minutes late and still not cleaned, I was offered an impressive 20$ off on a in & out car wash the next time I come in. I appreciate the gesture, but you clearly missed the point that I will never come to your location again to get my car serviced in any shape or form. Petite version française pour résumer: n'allez jamais à ce point de service, manque de professionalisme et de respect pour leur clientèle, simplement à éviter!!
