Great service ! Super professional! I sent my car in to apply an anti rust treatment, they let me bring my car in a day earlier so it could dry overnight from the snow. To my surprise they also cleaned my car at no charge. My car looked brand new! I was super happy.

Not honest. I got ripped off on used 12k car purchase. I bought in 2016 a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan with tires so old they were considered dangerous by several mechanics. After I returned to complain a few months after purchase -the one month guarantee had expired-, I was only ridiculed by the salesman. It was my right to go to court as it is not legal to sell a car with unusable tires, but I was just about to leave the province and could not do so. I bought new tires and forgot about this ordeal. My fault being so gullible. The reason I am writing this review a few years later is that I recently found out I purchased the car with a 6 year loan, not 5 as I requested. This fall I was ready to pay the balance of the purchase price when I found out I was out of 2k! That is a lot of money. When I purchased the car I specifically said I didn't want 6 years. Still, the day we signed the papers, the salesman and finance officer told us that the monthly payments will be lower than expected. It was told as a great news to make us happy with the purchase. Of course they omitted to say it was because payments were spread out on 6 years, with a higher interest to pay. As usual, being gullible and trustful, I didn't read all the pages of the term before signing. Now I know many of you will say this is my fault; I should have read all the papers, including those about the condition of the tires. But I am a prime target for that kind of scam, an older woman who knows nothing about mechanics and prefer to trust a company with a reliable brand name, than spend hours reading the fine prints and numbers I don’t understand anyway. This is why I decided to buy from a dealer instead of privately, to have confidence and avoid being scammed. But it seems no.

Bought a car there in July, told the registration was good for 1 year, 1 month later got a bill. was informed I only paid 1 month. They informed me that I would get my 2nd key soon, numerous calls was informed they meant 6 to 8 weeks... 18 weeks later, no key and they do not return my calls every....I would go anywhere else

Inadequate technical service. I've recently went to do complete check up of the car. I've learned for example that 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan has a transfer case!?!? (it's marked to be in good condition). Another thing, they simply chose not to evaluate the condition of the spare wheel or the thread depth of the tires. But obviously to make me feel good they've topped off my windshield washer fluid... with water!?!? In the middle of January!?!? Thanks guys - that have definitely made me feel good when on my way home my windshield was all frozen... same thing the next day, and next one also... I'll probably need to drain that stuff out of my system and replace the windshield fluid pumps altogether... In the midst of all this the real reason for the visit to this garage was neither diagnosed nor resolved.
