Staff pretends to be friendly but unhelpful. Huge surcharges that I haven't seen in other dealerships ($700 admin fee, $70 Carfax etc) car was not detailed when received. It was obvious that it was only washed few days ago.

Worst car buying experience ever! Most of the staff have no integretty especially sales manager and owner! They will verbally agree to anything to get you to buy with no intention of following through. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to buy a car here stay far away from this place. Would give zero stars but not possible!

It was my first experience at a dealership, I came in order to finance a car and I couldn't of been any happier overall ! The service was absolutely fantastic and the deals these guy's can work out for you is amazing !! I didn't regret it at all and I couldn't of asked for better honestly !!!

They have a $500 deposit reservation. No problem there. However, I called Laurence 1HR prior to a scheduled appointment to confirm and there was no mention that someone put a deposit on the car. Of course after driving an hour to get to the place, I find out some one put a deposit. Had this been in the HR between last contact and appointment, I would understand, but they confirm it was reserved several hours prior to my confirmation call. These guys suck and don't care about wasting anyone's time. Bait and switch!
