Hi, We bought a car there recently. It was trouble free and no pressure. Nicolas was excellent. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed. Due to convenience, I bought a vehicle sight unseen from Auto Complexe and had it shipped. Due to working with multiple financing people (3 in total as people quit or got fired) and due to mistakes on their end, I paid for insurance for a car I did not own for over a month. I also specifically asked about disclosure of any damage to the vehicle several times. Due to the very low km of the car, I believed the sales guy when he assured me that the car was mint and basically brand new. When I finally received the car, there was very visible damage and within a few days, I discovered a lot more damage. Auto Complexe told me that they would reimburse me for the insurance I paid and we would figure out a financial reimbursement for the damage. But after Auto Complexe told me this, Auto Complexe has not returned my calls and has ignored my texts. I have since learned my sales guy is no longer there. I am not sure why Auto Complexe goes through so much staff. They were really great to deal with until they had my money.

Excellent service; my dad has already purchased two cars over the past two years. A very transparent company with affordable prices, we keep on coming back given the kindness and clarity of the selling representatives. They are always professional as well. Thank you!

Be very careful and attentive when reading the paperwork prior to signing anything. All negotiations were done with their 5yr or 120000km warranty however, when it came time to sign the paperwork the documents read 100000km. When the mistake was brought up to them, they admitted that the sales rep shouldn't have discounted the warranty as much as he did and that they would loose money if they kept it at 120000km. Rather than politely explaining the error, they attempted to pull a fast one by including it in the paperwork. Luckily we were able to catch it and received a refund for our deposit when they refused to honor the original agreement. (They wanted an additional 200$ to up the KM allowance) In the end, it's our fault for not turning around at the first indication of foul play. The first indication was when they did not want to honor their promotion of 4.99% if a warranty was purchased. They claimed that they already discounted too much off of the warranty. It was understood that as long as we would pass the credit 4.99% was an option however, they waited until the day of delivery to inform us that 6.99% was the only option we had unless we increased the agreed upon warranty price by 360$. We ended up selecting the higher interest rate since our intent was to pay off the loan within 1 year. However due to our questions regarding minimum term length and penalties they tried to get us to sign a paper stating that we would not be allowed to pay off the "open loan" before 6 months because the dealership would be charged a penalty. (We decided to move forward anyway since we knew the paper they wanted us to sign had no legal merit) Please note that I am in no way saying not to do business with them. After all if they have the vehicle you want for a good enough price, by all means. I am simply suggesting that you get all negotiated pricing written down on paper (unfortunately, this didn't stop them from altering the price in our case) and READ READ READ your agreement multiple times before signing anything from them.
