They told me great things about an Audi q7 they had , and After I flew from Halifax to purchase the car I got hit with the great welcome & their generosity & how successful they are selling 1200 cars a year .took it to Audi prestige & The car was piece of sh☆t , and their generosity was gone in a second, & not only that they tried to take the inspection that I paid for !! How honest they are !! I'm attaching the report to read it Mr. Alex & Tony and to all your clients, thanks for making me pay $ 1175 just because I trusted what you said. Update: received a call after a day from posting, the guy doesn't speak English good, I didn't understand 75% of what he said! The only thing I understood is no body forced you to travel to Montreal !!!! Well sir people travel to many cities to get their things specially if it's a car he will drive, he just needs to get it from the right dealer ! Or shall I say an honest one . Thanks

Just bought an SUV from here, very kind people and competitive prices, every vehicle is very clean. Even after the purchase, some problem was occurred, they are still responsible to fix. I will recommend my friends to visit this dealer, hundreds cars can be chosen online and onsite, it is very convenient and helpful. Great Service, Jean Francois (Sales representative) was very helpful and very proactive, he gave us every option to get the best deal. Manager speaks Spanish, spoke to him at the end and this made things run more smoothly.

If I could give negative stars I would. By far the worst customer experience I've had anywhere on the face of earth. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemies.

Was looking online for a Mitsubishi Lancer. Fell upon Automobile En Direct St-Constant which happened to have a car that satisfied our needs. Decided to go in store to view the car. We had salesperson Alex Rodriguez help us out. Alex was super professional, courteous, and just a joy to do business with. We ended up purchasing the car. New York Yankees and Automobile En Direct St-Constant share a common all-star!! From the perspective of the car, 4 season tires where at the end of their roadcycle. We negotiated with Alex and the St-Constant team on a good price for new winter tires. Car also required some maintenance with the brakes and timing belt. That was taken care of. We ended up noticing some distracting noises on the car a few days after bringing it home and Automobile En Direct took the vehicle back and took care of what was required.
