There was a small recall for my Toyota and I tried 4 times to get an appointment. Even someone from Toyota tried to make an appointment for me without success. In the end I went to the downtown Toyota dealer on st Catherine. The called me back just a few minutes after I left a message and got a appointment very quickly. Not all dealership are equals

Total rip-off artists both in financing and service. Taking all future business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time going here. There are more reputable dealers out there.

I have visited the Woodland Center several times, the experience related to the work done with the car and its maintenance is good, I can not say anything bad about them. But I have not had good experiences 2 times with customer service. My first bad experience was when I wanted to buy a vehicle, the seller was kind, but when I told him I was a permanent resident, they denied me the possibility of accessing a loan, the reason was because I was not yet a citizen, that was the explanation , even the seller told me that he did not share the decision of his boss but that he could not help me. It seemed strange to me, I knew people who in other places could access credits with less time in Canada, with less income. It really did not seem fair to me and I did not feel well treated. I had no financial problems, on the contrary, in fact I bought my car in cash somewhere else. My second bad experience was recently. They called me by phone to offer a service, I said I was interested, then I asked the cost of the service, and she told me the price cordially, but since my French is intermediate I didn't understand well, I asked her cordially if she could repeat the cost to me again and she did it, but unfortunately I can not understand her well again, so I said "sorry again" and asked if she could tell me the price in English, there her tone of voice was not very cordial, it felt that she was upset with me. Then I instantly canceled the service and I decided not to go back to the Woodland center anymore. I do not want to generalize, many times I was treated with cordiality, but these two experiences made me say "bye!" to Woodland, not "bye to Toyota".
