Really enjoyed my last visit to this dealership. People are friendly, knowledgeable, fully bilingual and the atmosphere seems like people like working together there. They let me test drive different vehicles multiple times no questions asked. I was so happy with my experience I purchased my new Tucson from them. Highly recommended!

new staff messed up this place. I met incompetence and disrespect for the client. I have used this service for the past six years. But after the last time I will not appear here again. Unfortunately I had to once again visit the service to pick up my winter tires that have been here for storage. And again i got a bad unpleasant experience in this service. It seems to me that the new staff does not work to attract new customers, but rather gets rid of customers in order to facilitate own work. I asked a young girl at the reception that I want to pick up my winter tires. She didn’t even try to understand my question but quickly answered that today it is impossible to do this and I need to contact another employee to order the delivery of tires in a few days. I wanted to show my documents. But she did not want to watch them. I went with the documents to another employee. He checked the information in his computer but answered that he didn’t find anything and there was no storage of my tires. I once again showed the documents that My tires are in storage here. but he answers that they are not in the computer. I was lucky that the gate was open and the racks with tires were near. I found my tires and showed him where they are. He took the documents checked and said yes that these are my tires. But at the same time, while he went and checked all this, my documents disappeared somewhere. I am completely disappointed with poor and disrespectful service in this service.

The service was amazing! Great team that pay attention and listen to your needs. They tried their best to accommodate my demands. Definitely went above and beyond and surpassed my expectations.

So, earlier this year I had posted about a bad experience at Hyundai Gabriel, regarding the purchase of a used 2012 Hyundai Elantra. I had an issue regarding the tires on the car and was concerned about their safety. I'm happy to say that dealing with the new Sales Manager was a redeeming experience. My needs were addressed, I received an explanation, and they made sure that I left satisfied. I was extremely appreciative of the approach and I am now impressed about the level of service. I will be coming back to Hyundai Gabriel for my next car purchase, as I know my needs will be met and I can be sure that I'm leaving the lot in a safe vehicle. Great service.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Family atmosphere.The manager came over to introduce himself and shake my hand before I even got seated. I bought a Tucson and I’m very satisfied. Thanks guys!
