I purchased a used vehicle here on Aug 23rd. I live in Ontario. They did not give me the ownership with the car. I phoned the next day and asked them to courier it to me. It is now Sept 6th and I have still not received it. I have a fully paid for car in my driveway that I can't drive and I have had to put insurance back on my old car and miss an opportunity to sell it. I can't see how a large dealership would not be able to quickly provide me with what I need. I was also told via email that the vehicle had not had any accidents and when I got there (4 hour drive) it actually had had an accident. I have contacted Volkswagen Canada Customer Care for help as I am still not on the road. Worst service I have ever had from any company!

Didnt buy from them but I can confirm that they will pay 9000$ for a car that is worth 16,000$-18,000$ on the used market. That said, I would totaly agreed if they would've offer 14,000$ for my car but 9000$ is just pushing it.

Appalling service. I wish I could give less than one star! My mother bought a car in August and is STILL unable to drive her car at the date of writing (Sep. 19) due to the unbelievably incompetent staff who LOST her registration and are dragging their feet in getting it to her. Stay away from this place, they make me sick.
