Excellent customer service!! Quick honest, upfront, spoke engligh and had good knowledge of the vehicles they sell. Were very accommodating, would buy a car here again.

They were able to accommodate me on short notice. Offered a curtisy vehicle which I declined. Provided coffee Wi-Fi and a news station. All in all a pleasant experience as well as efficient service and a clean car. What not to reccomend.

Used car had many hidden issues, not open and transparent.

I rate this dealership as two stars for the following factors: - long wait to see someone from the sales staff. I was patient enough and then got to take a Crosstrek for a test drive. - no negociation possible. Internet price was the only price. - I had made clear I wanted to buy the vehicle. The financial director still felt the need to inform me that "many clients lease the car for cheaper payments and then buy it for the residual". First, its not what I want, second, I don't want to pay insane interest over 8 years for a car I wanted to buy in the first place. The last point was the straw that broke the camel's back as I knew I would need to negociate with that person. If that was the kind of "great advice" I could expect, I was going to be taken in for a ride against my will. Last, I was courteous enough to call them back and advice them of my decision and why I was not buying from them. The salesman claimed to not know about that offer even if he was sitting right there and when I said that even if he the correct vehicle coming soon, I would buy elsewhere, I was hung up on.
