Excellent and courteous service from all the staff. Sales manager was totally transparent. It took 15 minutes to get a price and a trade in value. In less than 24hrs, I was driving home in my new car. Great!!

I have noticed a major change in service and the atmosphere of Chateauguay Nissan since the change in ownership. I am now forced to take my business to another Nissan dealer.

Keven was very professional in helping me find my new vehicle. I recommend going see Keven if anyone is looking into Nissan!

Awful service, bad attitude and lack of respect shown when the company makes an error. Purchased a used car from Nissan and the only negotiation made was a request for winter tires which was agreed. We were told the tires would be close to brand new and when given the tires they had clearly been used for at least 2 winters. The main issue is that the car I purchased has 19 inch rims and the winter tires given to us are 20 inch, the response being that you asked for winter tires and I’ve given you some... not that they have to fit on the car, we tried to make this work by requesting the manager provides used metal rims for the tires or provide the correct 19 inch sized tires but got the same response in that we have given you winter tires and they do not need to fit. Completely ridiculous response, but expected from the small minded imbecile that is the manager at this branch. We will continue to spread the word on the type of people you deal with at this dealership, the type of business they practice and will make our complaint to the necessary people above the manager.

False representation on their website. They mentionned that one used vehicle was owned by a "particulier" (individual), but I cross checked with SAAQ and I found out that it was previously owned by Discount car rental. This information was going to be hidden from me if I had not paid $12.50 at SAAQ for proof.
