Very satisfied with my Q5, however my 2 times changing tires there are a different story. Last time, I had an appointment at 7:45 AM on a saturday. Got there right on time and a few people were already waiting. It took 4 hours before I was told they would bring my car at the front for me. It took them another 30 minutes before they actually show me where to GO GET IT, AFTER I had to ask what's going on. No sorry, no nothing. Also, I would had appreciated to be told it would take that long... Not impressed by the service at all.

Great dealership to buy or lease your Audi and get it serviced during your ownership. The staff is very honest and well informed. I would recommend Audi prestige to anyone who is looking to lease or finance an Audi. Thank you.

Painful car acquisition process. I have been many given deceptive information, some by email. Once my offer accepted, they tried to add multi-100$ fees not discussed on the contract, just like that.

Great service. Specially from Alexia Cusano, always ready to help on a short notice.
