I had a great sales experience with Pierrik. He was very straightforward and did everything he can to respond to questions and make himself available to complete the sale. I was buying a 4 series from him and he made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership and look for Pierrik to give you a great deal. I was buying from out of town and he even offered to pick me up from the airport to pick up the vehicle. Excellent service, I have never dealt with such an amazing salesman.

Superb service. Professional salesman, Eric, this gentleman was so nice and too patient with us and had let us to make test drive freely without any rush time. Finally we bought our desired BMW car from them and they delivered it to our home in Montreal, so clean and well prepared with a surprising gift in it!!! We appreciate all their group for respecting clients and their supreme services. That store is the only place to buy our next car. Our thanks to Eric, Nathalie and all team in BMW Sherbrooke.

I bought my pre-owned 435xi coupe from BMW Sherbrooke. I live in Calgary. My sales person Mr. Pierrick Hubert was just amazing. His customer service skills are beyond exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the car that I was buying without physically seeing and driving. Multiple pictures, including the under carriage, a detailed video were sent to me to assure me that I need not worry about my new vehicle. I saved $8000 as there was the exact same car with same specs in Calgary for $8000 more and the dealer would not drop price. I was blown away by the quickness of Pierrick’s response time, sending me documents, FedEx over night for my transit sticker, everything. Truly phenomenal. If you’re buying a BMW out of province from Quebec I highly recommended BMW Sherbrooke and Pierrick Hubert, as their prices are better than anyone out there and they are also flexible. Pierrick you are a super sales person. Thank you for everything. Will definitely do business again 👍🏻

Excellent customer service in both English and French. Needed a part for my older 7 Series and they had it in stock, pretty much the same price as the local automotive store, but they were out of stock. Even helped me bring the rather heavy part to my car for me.

I’m going to write the most honest review possible about my experience with these people. I went in to buy a BMW 528i which I did purchase. They showed me the car and I took it for a test drive. I had noticed that there was a visible area of the car where it seemed as thought it has been painted/damaged they would not tell me how or why that was there so I’d asked if they could atleast buff it out they refused. The inside of the car was missing one AC vent cover so I’d asked if they would atleast fix that they also refused to do that. The carpets were not cleaned either but I didn’t really mind that too much. They garunteed that the car had been serviced at BMW always and done properly everytime but only 9 months later the cars engine belt was worn out the turbo was gone spark plugs were ruined oil was leaking and oil gasket and differential was broken. I took it into my local dealership where they are very kind and honest they instantly told me it would cost upwards of $15000 and that the car had not been serviced properly at all (gaps of 25000km missing). The dishonesty and lies to sell this vehicle is absurd and I honestly trusted that BMW them selves would not lie about their vehicle so blatantly, I was mistake. If I could give a -5* review I would.
