I had my 18 F-Type towed in with a blown out tire and walked in the following morning with no expectations. I was first greeted by Lara up front at reception who was extremely welcoming and directed me to the service department. My advisor was Michael Goffredo and I cannot thank Michael enough for his transparency as well as going above and beyond. The process was seamless and was passed over to David who had a loaner vehicle already prepared and was clean and fully gassed. The dealership experience as a whole was phenomenal and I would highly recommend as they do seem to take pride in their work.

Had a great experience with this dealer. I bought a 2018 Jaguar XE 3 weeks ago and I had the best experience from the first day doing the test drvive till the delivery. The service was friendly, they took the time to explain all the specs of the cars, all my friends and family love the car! I will refer many people to this dealer. Thank you

I have been a Range Rover owner for over ten years and never in my life received worse service from any car dealership than this one. The staff was rude and incompetent and when I complained to the owner Joel Segal he said I needed “medical help” and was worse than his employees. I spent over $10,000 in repairs this year alone and when I paid $800 for a detailing job my car came back with the letters all ruined. Tried to have them remedy the situation and they promised they would pay half but when it was time to repair them they kept on backing off and reschedule the appointments.. all for $150 bucks!!! Unbelievable. It became a matter of principle and when I kept complaining they started insulting me and my employees. Disgusting service. Never doing business with them again. And Joel Segal should not be running any type of business based on the way he treats his clients. I have all our email exchanges which I plan to make public just to show how he treats his clients! Horrible!!!
