Worst customer service after buying. They don't recognize hidden defect on cars plus they don't answer phone calls or return calls when they know you want to find a solution for hidden defect as rust. You call, leave messages with employees, leave messages on the phone and no answer, no call back. When you get to talk with an employee, the owner is always out the company weirdly... Really, worst customer service I ever had to experience. Don't be fooled by the service they give before buying cause the most important service a customer want and don't get is service after buying.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE...... Laurent you are truly a gentlemen and I am extremely happy to have met you. You put me into a fantastic BMW 535 X and my wife into an incredible BMW X5, each at a great price, but that only scratches the surface. Your customer service is at an unparalleled level, one that I have yet to experience in the car world, new or used. Note to anyone looking for your new car, TALK TO LAURENT, it is well worth it. Thank you, Lisa & Mark

This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. They treated my wife and I with respect and didn't try to B.S us into a sale. Probably the most honest car salesman I've ever met. Not to mention they had my dream vehicle that I had been searching years to find.
