Misrepresentation

Don’t get fooled by low website prices advertised mentioning transport, prep and admin included. A Taos Highline was advertised at $37995 all included + tax and licensing but official quote was adding close to $3000 of miscellaneous fees. They told us there was a mistake on their website even though we called the sales director and got confirmation of the $37995 all inclusive prior to travel 75km to the dealership. I’m a Volks lover and never had such a bad service at a VW dealership .

I had a really good experience since the moment I contacted them to ask for information, to visited them for a test and then when I went to finalize the purchase. About customer service: Alexandre exceeded expectations, since the beginning he was very helpful and honest, trying to find the best option for me, he was looking at different possibilities, and something very important that I appreciate as a client is that I never felt pressure form his side to take a quick decision, he was always contacting me for a follow up, but never putting a pressure, he let me take my time. At the end he provided me a good option, even until the last day, he tried to find something better for me, Alex is the best! About the car itself: It has been a week since I got it and so far I am really enjoying driving it. There are just few details on it that it need to be replaced but I was already aware of it, as mentioned before on the customer service review, Alex was honest and explained it to me since the beginning. I would recommend Volkswagen Drummondville, it was nice experience since the beginning until the end. Even if it took me around a total of 6 hrs. driving (I’m from Montreal and I had to do 2 trips, one for the test and another to close the deal) I don’t mind going back just to say hello to the team : ).

My father purchased a vehicle from here and we were SO satisfied with the experience. We are from Ontario and everyone at the dealership was welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. They sent us pictures and videos of the car before we arrived, explained everything about the vehicle and licensing, and provided different options for payment. There was a minor issue but the Manager fixed it immediately and explained to us what happened (we thought there was a leak but it was only because the engine was washed before our arrival!) I felt like they cared about us and wanted to make us happy. They never rushed or made us feel pressured. The car was ready to go the same day but we needed to stay a night and they even suggested hotels!!! Thank you to Sean, Max, and all the other folks (sorry I’ve forgotten your names!). My dad loves the car, but you made it so so much more special for him because you guys were so great! Thank you isn’t enough!

Empty lol I mean I walked inside stayed there 20 minutes by checking cars seating in some of them and nobody asked me if I need some service or assistance I found it little funny I'm not complaining actually because that is what I like instead of being chased by sales men I just checked atlas and left ..but since it was 20 minutes idle around was long I decided to give 1 star I don't know how good orhow bad they are honestly..my suggestion is greet people when they wander in ..

I agree with dom jean's comment below - If I could give 0 stars OR LESS I would. This delearship provided the WORST and I genuinely mean the WORST service and experience I have ever encountered. I inquired about one of their vehicles which I was informed by one of their employees, Naomy, that the vehicle was available. I requested a carfax which was provided by another employee and upon receipt of that information I indicated that I would come for a test drive. As I live out of town and poor weather conditions were expected, I decided to book a train as the station was located close to the dealership. 1 hour prior to my arrival in Drummondville, I received a call from the dealership wanting to confirm the test drive and my information; this was the THIRD representative that communicated with me. A few minutes pass and I receive an email and a call from YET ANOTHER employee apologizing, as the vehicle I was interested in and that was confirmed to be available was SOLD THE DAY PRIOR. I was absolutely dumbfounded and very upset. The forth employee, Gabriel seemed apologetic but offered no alternatives or solutions - I was the one trying to come up with alternatives that would be beneficial to both parties and every single one had been denied without any other solutions provided. The cherry on top of all this was when I asked why on earth I was informed that the vehicle was available when in fact it was not, the response was "Unfortunately Naomy work from home so she don't know if the cars are available or not." - On what planet is it acceptable to confirm the availability of a product when the employee does not actually know the inventory or stock availability!! What kind of workplace would allow that!! In sum, my ENTIRE day was wasted and I had to SCRAMBLE to find a way back home. I will NEVER do business with Drummondville Volkswagen and I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone I know. For anyone considering purchasing from this dealership, unless you enjoy poor customer service, being untended to, miss-informed and wasting your time, I personally advise against it.
