An AIRBAG Recall turned into a costly and inconvenient endeavor. At the same time we made an appointment for an oil change and a light bulb. Was told the bulbs not out, when it was. Showed them it was and was told we cant get to that. Also were unable to perform a routine oil change. Couldn't get a car on the lift. We got it home. Now it just doesn't start. We shall see how they handle it. So far, not well.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change, and unlike other dealerships, I was back on the road in only an hour! Service Manager, Todd, got me right away and was very helpful! Great customer service, clean waiting area, and friendly staff. After being tied to my lease and going over on my miles, the excellent team at Bokan Ford got me out of my leased vehicle and into a used vehicle for much less than I would have thought! Thank you to my great salesman, Frank, and the finance team of Matt and George! "At Bokan, you can!"---and you really can!

Frank Marshall has contacted me numerous times in the last few months to buy a vehicle. The scary part is i did not reach out to Frank to purchase a vehicle . Frank TOOK my information while he was working at another business without any authorization. I plan on contacting the appropriate authorities. Shame on Bokan auto for allowing such unethical tactics. Buyers beware Frank Marshall is bad and will use your information in ways he was not authorized to.
