After an unlucky encounter with a salesperson who used to work there and sold me a car with some problems, the owner himself took the matter at hand to fix the problem. It is appreciable to see business owners who stand behind their services and strive to help their customer base the best way they can.

It is absolutely not my style to write bad reviews, I actually never wrote one before (and i am 54 years old!) but Auto C4 have been too outrageous to not warn others. The list of unbelievable screw ups is way too long for here. To think that honesty could be expected from them is WAY beyond were they are at. If I did not work on my own cars I would have to spent several thousands of dollars to fix what they either hid from me during the sale or what they screw up when they worked on the car. One thing their mechanic was consistent about was to leave more than 50% of the screws behind (uninstalled) when putting things back together. The cabin blower just fell off because it was not reinstalled properly. At the dealer this is a job that cost way over a $1,000. As a French Canadian it is a huge embarrassment to see compatriots doing such shabby business, and to treat others with such disrespect.

Do not go to this dealer. They do not follow the laws of the Consumer Protection Act. They had two attempts to fix the problem in my car totalling 3 weeks of them having my car. Each time they reassured me that the problem was fixed and I should have no further issues with the car. After doing my own diagnostic test on the car through the dealer of the make of the car, I found out that the engine is faulty and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. After speaking with the Consumer Protection Bureau and the AMUOQ, I learned my rights and the responsibilities of the merchant. They are refusing to have the car fixed in through me which is now within my right after they had their attempts at fixing the vehicle. While speaking on the phone they yelled at me, would not allow me to speak and called me stupid several times. I will be taking them to small claims court. Unless you want to go through the same headache that I am going through, please do not go to this dealer.
