Hi, Where to start... I wanted to buy a used F150. I was looking up their inventory online. I called them to go and see a specific F150 since it satisfied all my needs. The sales advisor, told me that everything was fine and she would reserve it if I would drive to St-Jerome right away. I said yes and thats exactly what I did. Keep in mind that I live 45 minutes away. As soon as I got there, I had the most unprofessional welcome. Just a simple 'Hi'. She didn't even present herself. She brought me to her desk and the only interest she had was to evaluate my current car. After 20 minutes, she told me "Sir, your F150 was already reserved". I then asked her why she didn't call me since I wouldn't have wasted my time driving up to St-Jerome. She then said " it's ok we have other F150s for sale in our possession." Clearly, I was not impressed, she kept leaving her desk for no reason and she was still determined to evaluate my car. As soon as it hit 7:30pm, she then told me I could make an offer on the reserved F150 right now and it would pass on one condition, the person making the offer at the moment wouldn't pass. I was not allowed to see the truck and she was pressuring me to give an offer since she wanted to leave. At that moment, I stood up, grabbed my keys and got out. I have been to many different dealers and this one was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Maybe it wasn't her day but nonetheless when you work in public services, you need to be professional and polite. I just want her to know that her lame attitude and service, made her lose customers. Regards,

Found it extremely poor that they don't offer a drive back or service car when you had an appointment at 8:30am and by 11:10am your car hasn't even been taking into the garage yet. Will not go again.

Be very careful if you buy a used car from this place, actually I would avoid the used car department here all together, they scammed me like you wouldn't believe and i had a heck of a time getting my local ford dealer to repair the un-mentioned damage To the car after I bought it, even with the 3 month extended (Factory Warranty), in the end I was left with a leaking transmission that they refused to fix. After almost 30 years of ford I'm finished with the company for good.
