I must admit that the impression of "Used Car Dealers" is not generally favourable, but my impression changed when I recently bought a vehicle from Auto Max. For one thing, this was not a straight-forward transaction - I wanted to have two cars that I sold privately used as a courtesy trade to one I was purchasing from Auto Max. Of course, best laid plans...when I came to make the transaction, one of my buyers backed out. However, Joe was very accommodating and was especially helpful when one buyer was having issues with the registration at an Ontario Licensing Office. All-in-all, a very professional and courteous service and I would highly recommend them for any transaction.

Will never buy or recommend this dealer! My wife paid full asking price for a Mini with 2/32 of tread left on tires and badly scored rotors.One minute driving down the road and the gas light comes on.They knew we were on our way from NB and arriving later that evening.The only good point is there is 10,000 miles left on warranty so we will take it to dealer for a full inspection !!Caveat emptor(buyer beware) Alsoasked when oil was changed and he says the dashboard tells you when to change it?? I was trying to find out if it was changed recently.The windshield has some sort of residue on it that we can’t get off so far. Might have to replace it as well , three rock chips in it . Terrible experience all in all. Need I say more?

I was looking for a Smart electric car. The employee and owner are very knowledgeable people in this field. They were both very curtious and helpful. They answered all my questions as silly or as complex as they could be. I did not need to wait all my transactions was done in the same day. They also confirmed I would be able to make it to my home all in one charge if I stayed under 100km on the highway, well they were right and I still had a bit of juice left.

I just purchased a 2015 Mercedes ML350 and I had the best used car purchase experience ever. Mr Santos took care of the whole purchase process and was able to also secure great financing deal for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Santos and AUTOMAX anytime.
