This was my 2nd experience with Gatineau Kia & I couldn't be happier. The service is amazing from all the staff but exceptional from Glenn Mathurin - he knew exactly the right car for me. I'm so happy with my 2020 Toyota Prius. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gatineau Kia or Glenn to anyone. Thanks again

My experience with Danny and the Service Department at Gatineau Kia was excellent! My Sportage was towed in Saturday afternoon and despite being a very busy time for the Service Department, they were able to get my car fixed quickly and correctly.

My first time purchasing a Kia, and definitely the last. The customer service is absolutely horrible across various departments. Vehicles are not cheap and worth almost nothing when you drive off the lot. Not worth the money, nor horrible experiences with vehicles mechanical problems.

Where to start. We got our first Sportage back in 2012. After only 118 000 km, the engine seized. And all the oil changes we're made properly. This wasn't a race car, it was our family vehicle. After dealing with Kia Canada to have the car fixed, they accepted to change the engine ( short block ). Once the engine changed, we still drove it until we reached 240 000 km this year in 2024. We had the SUV for 12 years. We always take good care of our cars. We now decided to change vehicle because it was getting old and we didn't want to be stuck again so after buying our first Kia in Gatineau, we decided to go back again to buy a 2024 Telluride X Line All black edition. What a mistake ! On the very first day that we took possession, the backup camera wasn't working. We got an appointment a month after to have it fixed and they said that it would be on the same day that we would be going back home with the Telluride. Well they kept it for a month ! All that for a backup camera. We we're paying for a brand new car that we didn't have. For that month, we never got a update of any kind, we we're the ones always calling to see what was going on. Left messages to the service and the director Pierre Mallard and never ever got a call back or e mail. After one month waiting, we finally got our Telluride back. To give you an idea how the service is terrible, the technician never covered the seats while working. Our terra cota leather seats we're all dirty with a light oil film on them. All the plastic covers that he had to take out from the dashboard and the doors we're all chiped and scratched. Even found a screw inside the door compartment that they forgot to put back. I have no idea where that screw goes ! I couldn't believe that our brand new car was a total mess ! We took pictures, send it to the service and the director and still to this day we haven't had a answer by phone or email. Stay away !!

Upon arrival at the dealership, I was taken aback by the salesperson's lack of hospitality. Despite my presence, I was not even offered a seat, and the salesperson appeared frigid as an ice blocks of Antarctica while extending her services. Her negative attitude towards my queries was quite apparent, and she seemed disinterested in my patronage. Overall, my experience with their sales team left me unimpressed, and I regret to say that they have lost a potential customer and will not receive any referrals from me or my loved ones.
