Probably the only trustable mechanic in town. The price is always better and he is happy to explain what was done and how.

Honest service, doesn't oversell. Owner (John?) is pleasant to deal with, and flexible on times. Goes above and beyond. I asked him to replace the bushings on my leaf springs, and later learned it was a huge job for him to do, but he didn't charge me extra for that, and kept with the original quote. It's a 1 or 2 man shop, not a huge operation. Kind of nice to be treated like a person. I once paid way too much at Garage Nelson down the road and got worse service AND had long wait times. I recall a specific instance where I asked to have some work done and he replied, "Why? It's working, right?" From that point on I knew I'd found my mechanic. :-) When I look for somewhere to have work done on my "baby", I look for honesty, middle-of-the road rates, and flexibility, and this guy meets all of these requirements. I'm writing this review because I moved from Montréal and wish I could find a mechanic as good...
