I bought a car 4 years ago, Ford Escape 2008, paid good money, even had to pay for unpaid taxes that this company owed. Now, the car is unusable, the back wheel suspension went through the floor due to the heavy rust issue that the car has. 2 months after buying we started seeing the rust coming out the sides, we made a claim, and even when we paid for the extended warranty, they said warranty didn't cover rust. Don't buy from this company, cars are worthless, sales people are deceitful. Next time I’ll buy a new car, that way I know I have car for at least 10 years. Sadly I didn’t see the reviews before buying, now I see I made a huge mistake. One think I do want to say, the car's motor is very good, the rest is worthless.

This is what you get for buying a car here, less than 4 years and your car is complete loss. Don't buy from this people, they're a fraud and are committing fraud!

BEWARE!!!!!! I can give -5 Star if Possible. The company is in shady business practices: There are 8 Formal Notices on Consumer protection against them and 2 CRIMINAL PROCEEDING as well: They haven't give us the green paper, car ownership transfer paper, and no one is replying to our Email, or Phone. We even went to their Showroom couple of times and there was no one there. Also they didn't return our Extended warranty, which we cancelled by calling the Insurance Company. We ourself have filed a case against them in Consumer protection as well. People BEWARE! I hope what happened with me doesn't happens with other people.

BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS!!!!! SHADY BUSINESS!!!!!!!! ONE OF THE WORST DEALER AND SERVICE PROVIDER. MANY CASES AGAINST THEM IN CONSUMER COURT AND PENALTY TOO. I got my car from Autos Choix on 9th of March, 2019 with the help of Dealer Karl, approved by Marc. We got Hyundai Sonata 2011 from there. THEY DID NOT GIVE US REGISTRATION PAPERS TILL NOW!!!! Karl and Marc said that they will be providing us the registration papers of the car next day by email. So, we trusted them, and waited till next day. We got an extended warranty worth 2600 CAD which was cancelled by us the next day itself with the help of Garantie Nationale. As per the insurance company, they have never received any payment from Auto Choix and asked us to get the payment from Autos Choix. THEY DID NOT REFUND US TILL NOW!!!! Dealer provided us with an temporary plate( valid till 18th March, 2018). I went to SAAQ to register my vehicle, and they said me to ask dealer for the documents. So, I am calling Auto Choix on their phone number from 10th of March. 2019 and till not no one has picked our calls. I have been to their office more than 3 times, and every time, I found it closed. I HAVE CONTACTED THEIR MANAGER VIA EMAIL ON THEIR OFFICIAL EMAIL ID, AND STILL I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REGISTRATION PAPER OF CAR. Although, the head of this dealership ( YEN ) responded a really meaningless message to me to convey that my papers are ready, and collect it on Thrusday ,5 PM(21 March) from Auto Choix. And you know what happened when I went there?? IT WAS CLOSED !!!!, LITERALLY NO ONE WAS THERE. Today is 23rd March, More than 2 weeks, I got my car, and still the documents are not provided for car. More about this dealer : They have so many cases against them in consumer court. Just type BERARD AUTOS CHOIX INC in consumer protection court of Quebec, and you will see what I am saying. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF, AND DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM. THEY WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR DOCUMENT, LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT FOR YOUR CAR, AND JUST BECOME GHOSTED!! ITS BETTER NOT BUYING A 4 WHEELER THAN BUYING IT FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!! I sent a finance application last week. I called a few days later to see what the status was to be told that it takes 5 or 6 days before someone reaches out to me to complete loan request. 5 or 6 days ??? I need a car now. Not in a week or 2. I looked elsewhere. Sent a loan request on Tuesday morning and got the answer i wanted in early afternoon. Sorry Auto Choix. Guess my money is valued somewhere else.
